We are accepting NO NEW CUSTOMERS for 2024-25 winter storage.
ONLY REPEAT CUSTOMERS. We are at full capacity.
New metal building, ½-mile north of the Dewittville Post Office (Chautauqua County, New York)
Four private bays available, each 11' x 30', doors 12'H, 10'W.
Cost is $100 per month, minimum 6 months, or $1,000 per year. Lessee receives key.
Open Storage:
- BOATS $22 per foot
- PONTOONS $24 per foot
- CARS $400
- RVs $24 per foot

Measurement by building owner at time of storage to be final.
All boat trailers must have tongue jacks. Storage September — June.
All stored items need to have lessee's name clearly displayed on them.
Payment in full, along with a signed lease agreement, is required before an item can be stored.
